Execution. I strive day in and day out to become the master of my craft. I am a lifelong student and never believe there is such a thing as done. There’s always a way to get better, faster and more effective. Through experience, I impact businesses as much as an investment in a large team. A task may only take 15 minutes to complete, but that’s only because its taken me 20+ years of honing my craft to get it there. The math breaks down like this: 20 years x ∞ = 15 min. I’m a people first leader with 20+ years of experience in leading large teams, operations, marketing, and strategic planning.
Previously, I served as the Head of Business Development (M&A), Head of Marketing and Head of Service for Commissions Inc. (CINC), a leading Real Estate CRM and lead conversion company. In a position of senior leadership, I was responsible for vetting and executing acquisition opportunities with the goal of increasing market share.
Prior to CINC, I was the COO for the National Association of Expert Advisors (NAEA). Exercising a people first approach to leadership, I focused on teamwork and rapid execution which drove year over year growth of the business earning NAEA 5 consecutive years on the INC 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies.
I’ve also been fortunate to speak at several high profile business events and to share the stage with some of the top entrepreneurs and small business influencers in the world, such as Darren Hardy, Jay Abraham, Nick Nanton, Frank Kern, Ryan Deiss, and Russel Brunson.
As lifelong learner, I also take part in many of the top mastermind groups and personal growth programs in the country. I also make it my goal to read 63 books per year on average.
I had the privilege of serving 9 years in the United State Marine Corps where I served as a CH-46 Engine Mechanic, Combat Water Survival Instructor, and Marine Corps Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor and Chief Drill Instructor where I was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal for exemplary leadership and operational performance.
I hold a BA in IT and an Associates Degree in Accounting. I’m also certified in Real Colors, a personality testing system that helps businesses and teams learn to work together, breaking down organizational silos and increasing productivity.
